1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the day of delivery, without giving any reason, except where statutory exceptions apply.

To exercise the right, you must notify us in writing (email) and include your order number and the items concerned. A model withdrawal form is provided in the Appendix.

2. Supplement returns – Conditions (unopened only)

Returns are accepted only for sealed/unopened products and must be made within 14 days from delivery.

For health and hygiene reasons, unsealed/opened products are not accepted where the statutory exception applies.

Returned items must be in their original condition, with all packaging and accessories, and without damage.

3. Return process

Steps: (a) email us your request within the allowed period, (b) receive return instructions, (c) send the item(s) as instructed.

4. Return shipping costs

For defective/wrong/damaged-in-transit items, we cover return shipping costs (see Complaint Policy).
